Penny made my buying experiences magical.  I bought two rentals and everything had to be perfect because I needed to close on the rentals within 30 days of each other.  Penny made sure the paperwork was in good order, consulted me on the offers, followed up with the seller for a quick answer and kept the sales process moving.  She communicated with me almost daily and at times acted as the liaison between the lender and me.  I appreciate all she did and look forward to future transactions with Penny.

Penny O’Brien is a dedicated Realtor. She will help you with anything she can. She will answer your questions …and if she can’t answer them right there and then on the spot she will get back to you ASAP with the answer. Penny is a very personable and very friendly Lady. One other thing I would like to mention is that If you call her and get her answering machine. She will get back to you ASAP. She is not one of these Realtors that makes an appointment and cancels without giving you a curtsy call first.
