Oh my, if you haven’t experienced Summerlin you should, if not now soon.  Summerlin is a master-planned community in Las Vegas.  Being a cerifiied Summerlin Specialist and resident I can’t say enough good about this place.  It has so many free things to do. They have a Holiday snow day, easter egg hunts, doggie day in the park, music in the parks the list just goes on and on.  You do have to pay a monthly fee that is part of the expense to living in Summerlin.. The monthly fee pays for the landscaping, parks, seasonal decorating and so much more. 

I have participated in the Fourth of July parade they have.  My office actually receivied the number one business decorated float.  It was a lot of fun.. Summerlin is extremely hot on the fourth but it was worth it.  The parade cotinues to grow year by year. 

Summerlin holds a Art show in the Summerlin Centre park every fall. Like I said the list just goes on and on with the activities Summerlin offers.  Below is a link that shows the different parks and villages located in the Summerlin area.

Know that you are not alone when it comes to making these calls.  the banks and lending firms are very familiar with calls like yours.  Make sure you explain to them you want to keep your home, you don’t want to lose it in a foreclosure but that could be the road your going down if they don’t work with you…Be prepared to possibly have someone who may not be the easiest person to reason with.  The banks are working on overload these days.  DON’t take it personally.. It never hurts to ask. Be persistant
